Role Overview The Residential Development Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of residential property developments , from initial feasibility and statutory approvals through construction, snag management, and final handover. This role requires strong technical, commercial, and leadership skills, with deep knowledge of South African planning legislation and residential construction practices.
