For a Production Estimator, Building Estimator, Estimating Coordinator, or Residential Estimator interested in. the planning and construction of custom-built homes.

A normal day includes 

• Preparing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents for estimation.
• Completing precise and cost-effective project estimates for materials and labor
• Collaborating with designers, engineers, and site teams.
• Coordinating and communicating with suppliers and trades as needed.
• Preparing margin reports and analyze ETSs/ETOs.
• Enhancing processes through ongoing development.
