The Property Manager's primary responsibilities are the operational and financial aspects of the property and meeting company goals in those areas.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily property operations, including:

+ Marketing and leasing

+ Resident relations

+ Maintenance coordination


+ Maximize occupancy by:

+ Responding to inquiries and phone calls

+ Qualifying prospective residents

+ Showing and leasing apartments

+ Preparing lease documents and move-in paperwork


+ Create and execute resident retention and leasing strategies

+ Manage:

+ Rent collections

+ Capital improvement projects

+ Reporting and compliance requirements
