Residential Property Senior Associate

Epsom – Salary negotiable based on experience

My client is a top 200 law firm, currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Senior Solicitor looking to join their team in Epsom.

About the Role: You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:

Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties

Transfers of equity and remortgages

Shared ownership and new build transactions

Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions

About You:

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 6 years of residential property experience

Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently

Excellent client care and communication skills

Proficient with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
