Position Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
  
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
• Pay Rate: $15/hour
  

Responsibilities

• Complete general residential maintenance and repair work
  
• Diagnose and repair basic plumbing issues
  
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and minor troubleshooting
  
• Perform light electrical repairs when needed
  
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
  
• Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and professionally
  
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
  
• Identify and report additional repair needs
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous residential maintenance experience
  
• Plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
  
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
