This position is paid hourly with guaranteed hours, plus a commission accelerator based on revenue produced. Technicians who follow systems and perform consistently will do very well.

Guaranteed hourly base pay (based on experience), with guaranteed hours that protect you during slow weeks.

Commission on revenue produced

Most technicians earn the equivalent of $35–$60/hr

Top performers can earn $60–$80/hr+
