About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll help create a safe and stable environment for young people navigating the justice system. You’ll be there for the daily wins, encouraging healthy choices, keeping routines on track, and supporting young people to meet their bail conditions. When the residence is unoccupied, you'll step into a community-focused role, mentoring youth, building local connections, and strengthening Hope’s presence in Geraldton.

What’s on offer:

• $48.31/hr + $5.57 regional allowance + penalty rates (SCHADS Level 3)
• Casual position - ad-hoc shifts, up to 4 per fortnight
