What is the opportunity?We are looking for a Resolution Officer to support the Finance and Business Partners of FSS (Financial Shared Services) Accounting Services with respect to the provision of the Specialized Services provided by FSS.
This includes but is not limited to Accounts Receivable and processing of Journal Entries, Top Side and Adjustment Capture adhering to strict timelines and service delivery metrics for all processes and act as a liaison to partners for problem identification and resolution, service quality and initiative delivery.What will you do?

Coordinate with fellow team members responsible for the JEAAS and Accounts Receivable work to ensure all requests are completed accurately and within the required SLA.

Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Entry of Journals Via various application systems varying in complexity from basic to mid-level with access to EPM and TM1required.
