As a Resource Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our Resource Management (RM) function, partnering with ~150 consultants across delivery and sales. You'll lead workforce planning initiatives, optimize talent allocation, and influence strategic decisions that drive business success. This is a high-impact role where you'll:

• Collaborate with industry leaders to forecast demand and align capacity.
• Drive proactive resourcing strategies across regions and globally.
• Influence senior stakeholders and embed yourself in talent conversations.
