The purpose of this role is to support the resource management team with managing supply and demand across the Dentsu Creative Service Line.

Assists in planning and process for all assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand needs, collaborates with Resource Specialists/Managers to review trending on quality metrics for management associated with capacity, partners with Resource Specialists/Managers to understand brief of project, submits job requests in the CRER system for perm or non-perm and tracks status with the recruiting team, helps maintain level of effort, time off and skillsets within the SmartSheet tool.
