Position Overview

Responsible to ensure that resources are managed efficiently and effectively in order to optimise use of resources to achieve operational target. 
Assisting Operations Labour Management Department (OLM) in handling of general administrative works and other related matter. 
Develop, manage and update records/ filing system for the relevant documents. 
Manage and maintain Labor Management System (LMS) documentation including Terminal Equipment Operator (TEO) schedule roster and manpower deployment. 
Ensure sufficient supply of workforce as required by operations. 
Monitor and advise resource availability based on operational requirement. 
Update attendance system. Advise and inform shift supervisor on any pending submission of uncontrol leave (UCL) document. 
Monitor operators' attendance in INTAACS system for incoming shift. 
Notify scheduled working gangs regarding vessel arrival or any changes whenever required...
