Job description

+ Communicate with the onshore Engineers and offshore Service Leaders for planning and optimization of the personnel within the PSL.

+ Coordinate Offshore personnel for their schedule, planning and training as required. Handle and carry out crew changes in collaboration with the customer.

+ Keep track of/check employees' competency, courses, and certificates. Booking helicopters, flights, hotels, and courses for employees.

+ Registration, updating, and maintenance of personnel data.
