To provide teaching and learning support such as preparation of resources/materials for Science laboratory activities, enrichment programmes and competitions including the cleaning up after laboratory lessons and when required;
To label and maintain records of existing and new Science teaching and learning materials and laboratory apparatus;
To ensure laboratory equipment, materials and specimens are in good working conditions. Conduct stock-take at least twice a year.
Assist to update the stock record and breakage record to initiate ordering of replacements, when necessary;
To ensure proper disposal of waste materials such as sharp waste objects and chemicals;
To carry out housekeeping of the Science laboratories and Science storerooms and to ensure that they are clean and conducive for lessons;
