Ko Taku Reo – Deaf Education NZ is seeking a Resource Teacher of the Deaf to support DHH students across Whakatāne, Kawerau, Ōhope and Ōpōtiki. The role is based at Edgecome Primary with a focus on collaboration with families and school teams to promote student participation and success in education and life outcomes.

The successful applicant will have Deaf education experience or work with mainstream learners, NZSL proficiency or willingness to develop, and current NZ teaching registration
