Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Resourcelink Product Owner on an Interim bases to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a critical payroll solution within a large-scale transformation programme.
This role requires a subject matter expert in payroll implementation, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the business technical expert for the Resourcelink payroll system and associated processesLead end-to-end payroll implementation, including integrations with Finance GL, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos/UKG)Own the solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirementsDrive requirements gathering and design workshops, promoting standardised payroll processes and identifying gaps...
