Resourcer 

Location – Within commutable distance of Edinburgh or Warrington

What you will be doing: 

As a Resourcer, you will work closely with the wider Resourcing team to build strong candidate pipelines, deliver an inclusive experience from first contact to shortlist, and work in collaboration with HR and stakeholders to strengthen our talent pipelines and reduce agency reliance. 

This is a proactive, people-focused role for someone who is curious, commercially aware and confident connecting with others.
