Position Overview

The Resources Business Group (RBG) Construction Field Services (CFS) Director provides Business Group leadership, strategy and operational direction for RBG’s CFS program across all market sectors and geographies. Reporting to the RBG Service Delivery Director, this role is responsible for scaling and operationalizing a global CFS program, driving consistent delivery, profitable growth and technical excellence. This position serves as a central integrator across the HDR matrix, aligning operations, professional services, market sectors and business development to deliver a world‑class CFS offering.
