The Soft FM Resourcing Coordinator is a key member of the central Resourcing Team, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staff rotas, absence and workforce records across all Soft FM departments. The role ensures that we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time — supporting efficient, fair, and transparent deployment of staff 
resources. Working closely with site-based operational teams, the postholder will create, maintain and update rosters in Optima, ensuring accurate information for payroll, sickness management, and workforce planning. They will support consistent application of Trust policies on sickness a...
