Responsibilities Ensure all resourcing data is accurately maintained within Napta, the firm’s resourcing platform. Perform regular data validation checks to ensure consistency with internal policies and processes. Maintain up-to-date skills and experience data across systems, supporting transition from Excel‑based trackers to Napta.
