**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for providing complex respiratory care procedures to critically ill patients and act as a mentor and resource for staff.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist by the state of employment.
+ AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion.
+ Two (2) years Respiratory Therapy experience required.
+ RRT credential required.
+ Meets and maintains requirements of Policy 211-NAM Professional Advancement Ladder – Respiratory Care
