**Job Description**

The Respiratory Therapy Clinical Manager coordinates critical care delivery with the collaboration of physicians and nursing, provides clinical mentoring, orientation and performance management, and participates in quality assurance monitoring.

**Qualifications**

+ Associates Degree; Bachelors or higher degree preferred
+ 3+ years as Respiratory Therapist, with some supervisory experience preferred.
+ Registered Respiratory Therapist

**Responsibilities**

1.Coordinates (and provides) service delivery of critical care for Respiratory Therapy based on a collaborative practice with physicians and nursing.

2.Responsible for supervisory coverage on weekends and holidays.
