Position Overview
Responsibilities Deal sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with local brokers, developers and owners;
develop a strong pipeline in Spain Transaction execution: Lead acquisitions from first contact to closing (incl. due diligence coordination, structuring, negotiation) Financial modelling: Build acquisition models independently Interface with HQ: Coordinate closely with our Hamburg headquarters (Investment Committee, Risk/Compliance, Valuation etc.) and ensure high-quality reporting Build-up mindset: Help shape the local set-up in Madrid Qualifications 5+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate investments/transactions Proven track record of personally driving transactions (not only supporting) Strong Spanish market knowledge and an established local network Entrepreneurial ownership mindset, hands‑on execution, high initiative Strong communication and persuasion skills;
credible in representing HIH Languages: Native‑level Spanish, fluent English;
