You are our AI and operations architect. You take what we have already built and you turn it into a durable competitive edge. You look at every department, every system, every workflow. You identify where AI and better systems make us faster, sharper, more productive. You ship. You work directly with the CEO and the leadership team. You think strategically. You build. You coach. This role is for someone already shipping with AI in production, and ready to take that work further.

Responsibilities

• Evolve our Claude Code workspaces, skills, and agents
• Evaluate, test, and integrate new AI tools as the landscape evolves
• Grow our automations in n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
• Monitor automation performance, refine, and iterate continuously
