IPO executiondeal management Role Overview
Reporting to the Department Head, the IPO Sponsor Principal will lead end-to-end sponsor responsibilities for Hong Kong IPO mandates. The successful candidate must hold, or be eligible to hold, SFC Responsible Officer (RO) and Sponsor Principal registrations for Type 6 regulated activity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned IPO sponsor mandates, from client engagement and due diligence through HKEX listing and post-listing obligations.Develop financing strategies, transaction proposals, execution plans, negotiations, and structuring for IPOs, M&A, fund mergers, and other corporate finance assignments.Oversee and mentor IPO project teams, providing strategic direction, quality control, and hands-on guidance to ensure timely delivery.Plan, supervise, and execute rigorous due diligence to identify and resolve material issues in line with SFC and HKEX ...
