Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests warmly, guide them to tables, and ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations
- Provide attentive table service by serving dishes and promptly addressing guests’ needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to offer informed recommendations to customers
- Set up and break down the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, adequate stock, and high presentation standards
- Collaborate and communicate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely dish delivery
