Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
β’ Ensures customer care and selling are #1 priority β’ Completes all required Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)/Right-to-Know training β’ Knows the financial goals regarding sales, margin and shrink, and take steps to improve the Restaurant/Pizza Station in these areas β’ Builds customer relationships by engaging in friendly conversation with all customers, making eye contact, smiling, greeting customers, and assisting customers with inquiries and issues β’ Possesses knowledge of all areas of the store including specific locations of merchandise β’ Assists in training restaurant associates and ensures completion of compliance training of all department associates Uses the 4-Step process to train associates: Tell, Show, Watch a...
