Urban Italian Group is opening Lola Maria Oslo and seeks a General Manager to lead the opening and daily operations with a hands-on approach. You will build and coach a strong front-of-house and management team, delivering a warm, energetic guest experience and ensuring smooth service across all shifts.

You will drive sales, profitability and labour control while upholding standards, collaborating with kitchen teams, and maintaining health, safety and compliance to create memorable experiences
