As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead and direct outlets’ operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. The outlets that you will be in charge of includes Allora Restaurant, In Room Dining Services and Bar. You are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects – always aligning towards government regulations concerning health, safety and any other requirements for the benefit of everyone.
