Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure restaurant operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same capacity at an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
• Previous specialty restaurant experience.
• Strong exposure in handling busy restaurant operations and accommodating high-profile clientele.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and challenging environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
