 The RM plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence during their shift, aligning with Frisch's commitment to be a leading workplace, dining destination, and business. This includes overseeing customer satisfaction, financial outcomes, food safety, quality service, and maintaining safety and security standards. The RM is also instrumental in fostering the Frisch's culture by developing and mentoring staff.
  Salary and Benefits 
 $16.50 to $18.50
