Position Overview

            Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch 
Conduct performance evaluation to staffs 
Prepare reports on sales, operations, and financial performance 
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards 
Implement business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability of the branch 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or any related field is a plus 
Proven track of records as a Branch Manager or in any leadership role within the industry 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. MS Office) 
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
