About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Khanpur. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising staff.
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring and maintaining food quality standards.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
• Creating work schedules and managing labor costs.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials.
• Marketing the restaurant through social media, events, etc.
• Overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting, sales goals, and cost control.
