Bistro Noir is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. If you have a deep appreciation for French-Italian cuisine , a strong background in fine dining , and a proven record in restaurant leadership , we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
In-depth understanding of fine dining operations and service standards
Familiarity with French and Italian culinary traditions
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and guest service skills
