Position Overview

            Responsibilities Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for all guests is maintained 
Ensure smooth execution of restaurant service 
Ensure team members are well versed in company’s SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant’s brand positioning 
Build a cohesive work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team members 
Familiar with POS and reservations software systems 
Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant where required 
Address customer needs, comments and complaints 
Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean 
Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences 
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant 
Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations 
Manage costing, procurement, staffing and etc
