Position Summary
The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the restaurant property during business hours. This position helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees by performing routine cleaning, stocking, sanitation, and property maintenance duties throughout the shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of all guest and employee areas, both indoors and outdoors. Clean and stock guest and employee restrooms throughout the day. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors as needed.
