• Supervise lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team including waiting staff hosts and bar staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant ensuring a smooth and efficient service from opening to closing.
• Manage guest reservations seating arrangements and the overall flow of the dining room to optimise capacity and guest satisfaction.
• Act as a point of contact for guest feedback promptly and professionally resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.
