A supervisor must know how to maintain the store clean and operationally organized. Also must knowledgeable to handle staff well and great in communicating.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that proper standards and procedures in food preparation are followed.
- Conduct forecasting of supplies for requisitions (daily)
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the store such as food wastage and garbage disposal, pest control, exhaust cleaning, and etc.
- Monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage
- Prepare all mandatory daily reports to be submitted to the office.
- Coach and mentor store staff

- Previous experience in the food industry
