Position Overview

            Job Description Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service. 
Lead and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional customer service. 
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards. 
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service recovery. 
Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job coaching. 
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery. 
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety. 
Assist with inventory control and stock ordering. 
Perform opening and closing duties. 
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
