Retail Leasing Administrator

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Retail Leasing Administrator. Responsible for all aspects of retail leasing including:

Accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants. Drafting all related documents and ensuring compliance. Ensuring pre-leasing/leasing paperwork is completed and correct. Tracking paperwork and submitting within allotted timeframes. FICA document compliance. Ensuring deposits, fees, and payments are made timeously. Administration of renewals.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a relevant degree/diploma and at least 5 years direct experience in a similar position as well as an SACSC Certificate, be registered as well as hold an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate). A valid driver’s license is required.
