About the role

As a Customer Champion Representative at One NZ you will be the primary contact for customers’ sales and service needs in our retail store. You will help drive revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience, transforming every in‑store interaction into a sales opportunity.

• Deliver a high standard of customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities in every interaction
