As Integral Head of Merchandising, you will own the product story end to end — the assortment, the categories, the pricing, the planning, and the commercial outcomes — across every market we operate in. You will decide what wins on the wall, what scales across countries, and what makes a Lenskart range feel both globally consistent and locally irresistible.
