Retail Area Manager - Western Cape

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced retail Area Manager for the Western Cape area (Garden Route, City Centre, West Coast, Overberg, and Winelands).

Responsibilities:

1. Manage retail operations across the designated area.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
4. Conduct regular store visits and audits.
5. Provide training and support to store managers.

Qualifications:

1. Matric with a relevant B Degree/National Diploma.
2. 5+ years in a similar position.
3. Own vehicle is required.

This position requires extensive travel. Excellent bonus incentive/commission structure is available.
