About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join the team at IK POWER SDN BHD'. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall operations of our retail store located in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked retail environment
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handling cash and reconciling daily sales
Restocking and merchandising products as needed
Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services
