Role

Assistant Store Managers will support our Store Managers with overseeing day to day retail operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assistant Store Managers take on a store leadership role when the Store Manager is away. They will work closely with the store manager to ensure customers receive a blend of professional eye care and eyewear styling advice, and strive to encourage a team that provides exceptional customer service and care to all visitors.

About You

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor.
