Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage bazaars, exhibitions, pop-up stores, and other sales-driven retail events.
• Develop event sales targets, budgets, manpower plans, stock requirements, and execution timelines.
• Ensure all event preparations are completed, including venue, booth, inventory, cashier, logistics, permits, and manpower.
• Monitor event sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve targets.
• Review event profitability and prepare post-event performance reports.
• Work closely with Sales, Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and other related teams.
• Improve event processes, cost efficiency, and execution standards.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
