About the Role

Lendlease Malaysia is seeking motivated candidates to build their career as Retail Executive at Setia City Mall. The Retail Executive plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day retail operations within the mall, ensuring our tenants deliver consistent operational standards, uphold retail quality, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular mall walks to monitor retail presentation, safety, cleanliness, and trading hour compliance.
• Engage with tenants to uphold operational standards, improve retail image, and conduct business reviews.
• Support tenant onboarding and provide guidance on operational requirements, procedures, and expectations.
