Role Summary

Retail Executive – Setia City Mall supports day‑to‑day retail operations, ensuring tenants maintain operational standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular mall walks to monitor retail presentation, safety, cleanliness and trading hour compliance.
• Engage with tenants to uphold operational standards, improve retail image and perform business reviews.
• Support tenant onboarding and provide guidance on operational requirements, procedures and expectations.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments (Security, Operations, Leasing and Marketing) to address tenant needs and facilitate activities.
