Facility Management - Oversee the daily operations of retail facilities to ensure locations operate safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement proactive and preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and disruptions.
- Create and implement tools and dashboards presenting ticket and vendor performance.
- Facilitate internal sustainability reporting requirements.
Vendor Management - Manage vendor and service provider relationships, performance, and continuous improvement.
