We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Application Support (IT) to support and maintain retail business applications, ensuring seamless operations across POS and Order Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for retail applications.

Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS, OMS, and omnichannel applications.

Resolve incidents through the ITSM tool within defined SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Test application fixes and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–5 years of Application Support experience.

Strong knowledge of Retail POS, Store Operations, and OMS.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills....
