Retail Leasing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time with a 30-minute unpaid break

Salary: $1000 per month.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Leasing Coordinator to support our retail leasing team by managing inbound leasing inquiries and coordinating prospective tenant tours. In this role, you will respond to leads generated through Facebook Marketplace, qualify prospective tenants, maintain accurate lead records, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the leasing process. You will also assist with creating listing content and coordinating with leasing agents to provide an exceptional customer experience.
